Stephen Badger’s Journey: From Passion to Profession
Stephen Badger’s journey in construction began in childhood, with dreams sketched on graph paper. Influenced by his father’s friend, Jimmy, a skilled carpenter, Stephen learned the importance of quality, integrity, and the joy of building. These early experiences shaped his approach to construction, leading him to volunteer with Habitat for Humanity and pursue degrees in Construction Management, Architecture, and Technical Theatre at the University of New Hampshire.
Expanding Horizons: From Habitat to 4B Construction
Stephen’s professional growth continued as he managed projects for Habitat for Humanity and later at Constructure in Massachusetts. His move to Florida marked a significant step in his career, eventually leading to the establishment of 4B Construction in 2017.
Innovation at the Core
Stephen’s innovative approach, influenced by his technical design background, has been pivotal in 4B Construction’s success. His ability to think creatively is exemplified in projects like integrating a commercial flight elevator into a custom home, showcasing his blend of functionality and aesthetic design.
Roots and Family: The Heart of 4B Construction
In 2019, Stephen returned to Southern New Hampshire with his family. The involvement of his wife, Tara, and his father in the business adds a personal touch to their operations. Their collective presence at job sites brings a sense of warmth and family to every project.
